Inclusive Education. Confident Staff. Future-Ready Students.

We support schools, colleges and universities to create accessible learning environments, empower neurodivergent staff, and prepare the next generation of learners for meaningful, sustainable employment.

Supporting Neurodivergent Staff

Neurodivergent staff bring creativity, insight and innovation to education, but the system isn’t always designed with diverse ways of working in mind. We provide supportive, confidential and practical guidance that helps ND staff feel understood and empowered.

  • 1:1 coaching tailored for neurodivergent employees and jobseekers. We help individuals build confidence, develop self-advocacy skills, and create strategies to succeed in their work or prepare for future roles.

  • Guidance on creating accessible, neuroinclusive workplaces where employees can thrive. We support with communication strategies, workplace design, and inclusion practices. If needed, we liaise directly with employers or join workplace discussions to ensure individuals are heard and supported.

  • Practical coaching to identify strengths, set career goals, and plan sustainable growth. We support neurodivergent professionals to progress in their roles and explore leadership opportunities in ways that work for them.

  • Tailored employability support, including CV building, interview preparation, and understanding workplace rights. Our neuroinclusive approach helps jobseekers secure and sustain meaningful employment with confidence.

  • Our coaching and workplace support can often be funded through the UK’s Access to Work scheme. This means employees and jobseekers may be able to access our services at little or no personal cost, with funding provided directly by the government.

Preparing Neurodivergent Students for the World of Work

We help students approaching further education, apprenticeships, or the job market understand what real work looks like, from a neurodivergent perspective. Our programmes give students clarity, confidence and relatable guidance from neurodivergent professionals already working in the jobs your students want to pursue.

  • Guidance that helps students present their strengths authentically without masking or burnout.

  • Coaching that builds confidence and reduces anxiety around interviews, group tasks and conversations.

  • Clear, realistic guidance on sectors, roles, expectations and different pathways into work or apprenticeships.

  • Real conversations with neurodivergent professionals working in the jobs students want: honest, relatable and practical.

  • Supportive small-group sessions that build skills, confidence and community among students preparing for next steps.

  • Guidance on disclosure, disability support services, routines, self-advocacy and managing the shift into further study.
